High number of doubling in drawing(4 stage drawing), hard district raw jute, standard packing, maintaining the rules of ISPM 15,eccelent and accurate weights of mora that provides yarn regularity.

  • Count Range: 4.8 lbs to 96 lbs Single & Multiple ply.
  • Ply: 2 to 8 ply.
  • Quality: CRP, CRX, CRT, CRM, CB, HESSIAN, SACKING.
  • Make-up: Bundle, Truss, Pallet Ball etc (Paper, Wooden. Cones and Core less spool.)
  • Winding: Precision & Macrol
  • Joint: Weaver’s knot, shaver’s knot.
  • Packing: Stretch Wrapped Wooden Pallet.
  • Capacity: 150 - 170 M/Tons (Approx) of Jute Yarn & Twine per day (Three shifts).
